All Over United Moving and Storage

Worst experience ever! We have moved several times, but this move from Colorado to Florida has been nothing but a disaster. The practices of this company are bordering on criminal. EVERY piece of furniture was damaged. Items such as china, crystal and housewares broken are too numerous to mention (and the movers packed all kitchen items themselves). Little care when loading the truck and absolutely none when unloading. Not one item was reassembled upon delivery. The delivery person, Eric, literally dumped everything in my home and garage and left. Refused to reassemble anything.
My "go to person", Anthony, from All Over United Moving and Storage sent a Binding Moving Estimate for $6355.26 of which I paid $1906 up front. When the movers came to pack, they explained that this estimate was inaccurate based on the amount they had to transport. The cost then doubled, and I was left with owing $9720 and had to pay $4860 before they would begin the move. The remaining $4860 was to be paid in cashiers checks prior to unloading any furniture in Florida.
My "Go to Person" has never returned a call. Customer Service has referred me to moving claims.net to file a claim. I have done this. As it turns out, all are one in the same. This company, the customer service process and the claims process is a total scam! The e-mails and calls I have received from the moving claims.net representative (whose voice is the same as the customer service rep) say that there are no such companies (Trans World Van Lines or All Over United Moving and Storage) in their data base.
BUYER BEWARE!! This company is not on the up and up. Our losses have been devastating to us and this move from Denver to Sunrise, Florida, has been the worst! Never use this company. They are terrible.

For $2000.00 I got exactly what I was promised, and then some. These guys not only called to double check and confirm even the smallest details, but they treated my belongings as their own. Ample amounts of boxes and tapes and drop clothes and blankets and 4-5 guys moving the heavy stuff to get it up and out to the truck in no time. I really admire the patience and the focus of each guy. especially the constant question and answer session imposed by kids. Thanks a lot for the help you guys, 5 Stars all the way.

The company is a real cheater. They had to send us a truck to pick our things on sept 29 and the very same day they denied us saying the truck is stuck somewhere and they cannot provide any help. So they asked us to look for another moving company at the last moment and we had a cold fight on this matter with these cheaters. We had actually paid $418 as an advance deposit for the move, which even after constantly contacting for a refund, they are still keeping us on hold. It's been about 3 months of time. I have never had such a sick experience.. Leaving out all my work I have to call these people for the deposit amount. The next step is I'm going to take a legal action against such poor customer relations.

Pls don't ever opt for these people or at least deny paying a deposit amount till you get your truck to deliver your things.. This is how we suffers can make them realize for their fraudulent activities.

I had likely THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE recently when I chose All Over United to move.  I cannot even begin to describe the horrible nature and complete un-professionalism of the people their, from the saleswomen to the owner (who literally threatened me and swore at me over the phone!).  Here's a few of the things they did:---Nearly DOUBLED MY QUOTE..but only after everything was loaded into the truck.  They claimed they didn't have an entire room of my house in their quote.  I'm guessing this is a tactic they use to drive up the price when they have your stuff and your vulnerable.---Showed up 8 hours late for pick-up-I had to call about 12 times to get them to give me a definitive drop-off date (it's very misleading, you DO NOT pick your dropoff date..they put it in their contract that they're allowed to deliver within 21 days of what you request).  When they finally gave me a "guaranteed date", they ended up changing it THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY to be 6 days later!  My entire family sat in an empty home for a week.  When the day FINALLY came, they messed up again and had to move it ANOTHER DAY LATER.  That fateful day finally came and they ended up coming 4 hours late.---They handed off my belongings to another moving company (the guys who dropped my stuff off TOLD ME they were a separate company), yet All Over United continually denied it!!-They damaged a very expensive sofa, bed, and desk.  They claimed "it happens in the move".---NONE of the movers spoke English, took off their shoes, or wore shoe covers---They didn't re-assemble ANYTHING they took apart to move.---They lost a box valuables (family photo albums) they refused to return calls about..a common theme with this company.  They still refuse to return calls or reconcile with me.I have to stop here, as the situation was probably one of the most upsetting, stressful, and downright wrong experiences I've ever dealt with.  I plead to all of you, please, PLEASE save yourself the pain and go with ANYONE else.  I will personally never use another mover in my life.  I hope this helps someone.

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had with All Over United Moving. I called the company based on a referral from a friend, im very doubtful at times in using moving companies, but my friend said they were the best. I listened to my friend, and im very glad I did. I have a very nice collection of crystals, and glassware that decorate my kitchen, and livingroom. I gotta say they all were delivered from new york to Florida without one breaking. I was so impressed! Their staff is amazing, and prices are reasonable. You are awesome, thank you sooo much!!

We used All Over United moving company when we relocated to Texas from Florida. My husband received a job promotion and we needed to move ASAP. We had a hard time finding companies to move us for a reasonable price but All Over United was the best. We were originally quoted $2700 for the move, but only ended up paying $2450. We moved to TX without any problems. We had four movers who unpacked us very quickly and professionally. Not sure if we will have to move anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely use All Over United again.

I was so pleased with the guys at All Over United Moving. They were very careful with my belongings, they worked great as a team, and the price was one one of the best quotes I received (around $2,000) . I recently got a new job and am moving from Michigan to Ohio, which is a big deal , but the movers helped ease my mind that all my belongings would be secure. I have used moving companies in the past and they don't hold a candle to these guys. I highly recommend them!

I can't even express how much of a lifesaver the guys at All Over United were. I made a last minute decision to move to Vegas after landing a gig in one of the day clubs. All of a sudden, I had less than a month to move my life cross country. Thank God a friend referred me to All Over United! The gentleman I spoke with was really nice and so professional. He answered all my questions, quoted me a super reasonable rate (the total came to about $2000), and made me feel safe using their service as a single woman. The whole process from quote to arrival was seamless. Even better, all of my stuff arrived in a jiff UNDAMAGED. At the end of it all, I was impressed.

All over united thank you so much for making my move as easy as possible. Once I click on that site to obtain a quote I was bombarded with calls and emails. Everyone was saying this or that about the other companies. Don't go with broker ect ect. It was hard to figure who to trust.  All over united gave me the tools to do my own reasoning. I was able to look up the companies on this site and make my decision of other people's experiences. I'm so glad I did. If you are looking to move make sure you check them out on this site and the bbb. From start to finish all over united was a dream.  If you are unsure about them, trust me they are the real deal. .

I looked high and low for a moving service that would work within my budget and my time constraints without much luck but, through word of mouth I heard about All Over Moving. From start to finish, this company and every employee that has helped me has been absolutely amazing. Having to move literally from one coast to another is stressful and time consuming in and of itself but working with these guys put my mind at ease. The quality of their Customer service is unrivaled; very respectful, very helpful. A VERY professional group of ladies and gentlemen. Not only that but they handled my belongings with such care and kindness. All Over Moving treats you more like family as opposed to a customer. They showed so much appreciation for choosing them to help me with my move and I appreciate them even more for making my life that much more simple.

I absolutely despise everything about moving that's until I used All Over United,the customer service was great,and the move was done on time. Also they didn't charge me a arm and a leg like many places I've tried before. Honestly I've never dealt with a more professional and hard working moving service as these people.Anytime any of my friends or family ask me about my moving experience I tell them how great my move was with All Over United, couldn't ask for better!

When I decided to move from Missouri to Texas, I shopped around trying to find the best price to move my items. I have been going through so much and needed to make this part of my life as easy as possible. Not only was the gentlemen who helped me schedule this service very kind and understanding, he went out of his way to discuss how the process would work, what to expect and who to call if I had any problems at all. He scheduled my appointment for me and sent someone to help me figure out what all it would take to get everything packed up and to see if there were any extra special precautions that were needed. The gentleman that showed up walked me through each process of the packing, moving and everything they would do to ensure the safety of my items. He was very polite and very helpful. On the day of the actual move, the people that showed up were so polite and kind. They not only took extra time to wrap all my breakable items but the double and triple wrapped them. They made sure that the boxes they used were well taped and very secure. They were very careful with everything. When they put my items in the truck they made sure everything was so secure I didn't have to worry about anything falling and being broken or lost. The price was so reasonable at a little over $2000. It was cheaper then most other companies I found. Everyone was so kind, careful and very intelligent. I was so impressed. If I have to go through this again. I intend to use this company again.

Oh my God this company is amazing! I am a single mom of an almost two year old boy and thought moving will be hell. This company did whatever they can to make this a stress free experience for me. It was like an an angel sent them from heaven. I was moving out of NY to MA and only had to pay a little over $2000 and that's with a large amount of furniture, boxes my baby stuff etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking for a safe and easy way to move. They offer great customer service and even an app to help you along the way! They are easy to deal with and I am grateful to them for all of their help!

We recently had to move from Illinois to Arkansas to relocate for a position I had taken with a hospital in Arkansas.  From my first phone call I felt much better about our move.  The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we would need to have done in order to make this a successful move.  From that moment on I knew everything would be okay.  
The company was able to make arrangements to meet our time line and showed up on the pickup day ready to move.  They were able to load up our entire household in much less time that I expected and movers were great to deal with.  The men were professional and went straight to work getting all of our possessions loaded on the truck efficiently.  
Our furniture showed up on the date we had arranged in the time window that had been given to us.  They quickly unloaded and put everything in the rooms as indicated.  Upon unpacking, all of our possessions were undamaged and in the same condition as when we packed them up.
We feel that the move was reasonable priced, especially for the service we received, at just over $2000.00.  My husband and I were very happy with the whole experience and will use them again if we ever need to relocate across the country again.  All Over United Moving and Storage really made this move much less stressful than it could have been and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing to relocate in the future.
